How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Dur Online account, email us from the email address linked to your account.

  1. Send an email to itgeniuscyber@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my Dur Online account.
  3. Include your registered name, email address, phone number, and account role, such as customer, vendor, service provider, or delivery partner.
  4. If your request relates to a specific order, booking, wallet transaction, or delivery, include the reference number if you have it.

What Happens Next

We will review your request, confirm that you own the account, and begin the deletion process. We may contact you for verification before deleting account data. Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, delivery, or transaction record obligations.

Some records may be retained after account deletion where needed to operate the marketplace, protect users, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet accounting obligations, or comply with law. This may include order, booking, delivery proof, wallet, payment, withdrawal, refund, payout, receipt, tax, security, and audit records. Where possible, we limit or anonymize personal details in retained records.

Partial Data Deletion

If you want some personal data deleted without closing your Dur Online account, email the same contact address and explain the specific data you want removed. We will review the request and respond based on platform, security, transaction, and legal requirements.
